We offer two levels of service depending on how much technical support you require during your session:

WHAT TO EXPECT ON RECORDING DAY
1. Pre-Session Planning
Before you arrive, we confirm your show format, participant count, audio/video specs, remote guest needs, and any digital brand assets (logos, intros, overlay graphics) needed for the session.
2. Arrival & Setup
Upon arrival at Union Music Studio, we guide you through the space and complete microphone, camera framing, lighting, and sound-level checks before recording begins.
3. Recording
Focus on your conversation and guest. Depending on your chosen service tier, our team either monitors technical levels from the control area or provides managed production oversight.
4. File Handoff or Editing Handoff
Following the session, raw multi-track audio and video files are delivered via the agreed cloud-transfer method (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) or sent to an external hard drive. Alternatively, files move directly into Green Leaf Multimedia’s post-production workflow if editing was requested.
